Build a tenant-scoped site, station, EVSE, available connector, tariff, customer, driver and privacy-safe RFID test enrollment; then run and stop one simulated session to produce an unpaid CDR preview.
The identifier is sent once for local HMAC enrollment, cleared from the form immediately, and never returned by the API.
